Business Development Specialist - 100% in office in Fairfax, VA
Contract to Hire - If the placed Contractor is exceeding expectations, will convert after 6 months.
Pay : $32
Conversion : $65K
Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 5 : 00 PM
Responsibilities
- Identify potential Government contracts through platforms like SAM.gov, GovWin, and other procurement websites.
- Support the creation of proposals, bids, and responses to government Requests for Proposals (RFPs), Requests for Quotes (RFQs), and Requests for Information (RFIs) / Sources Sought (SS) are both compelling and compliant.
- Collaborate with partners to develop tailored solutions for government clients, enhancing the competitiveness of proposals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred in Business, English, Analytics, or a Technical field
- 4 years' of sales or account management experience in Gov Con
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
