Job Description :

The Director of Operations will play a critical role in overseeing and improving day-to-day operations, from supply chain and logistics to customer service and technical support. Reporting to the CEO, this leader will work closely with the executive team to align operational strategies with business goals, optimize efficiency, and improve overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement operational strategies to support both short-term and long-term business objectives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define key performance indicators and ensure team alignment with company goals.
• Manage day-to-day operations, including overseeing supply chain, logistics, customer service, and technical support functions.
• Identify inefficiencies within operations and implement scalable solutions to improve performance.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, industry standards, and regulatory compliance across all operations.
• Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, promoting a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Build cross-functional teams to foster collaboration and efficiency across departments.
• Manage relationships with suppliers, contractors, and third-party vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective service delivery.
• Negotiate contracts and monitor vendor performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Develop and manage the operations budget to maximize resource utilization and cost savings.
• Analyze financial data to identify opportunities for improving profitability and reducing waste.
• Oversee the customer journey to ensure a high-quality, consistent customer experience.
• Gather feedback from customers and stakeholders to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
