Title - Director Talent Acquisition
Hours: 8-5 pm, Hybrid

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree required.
- Experience: 10 years in recruiting and onboarding, with 5 years in a leadership role.
- Skills: Expertise in full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, employer branding, and data analysis.
- Tech Proficiency: Skilled in social media, job boards, ATS, and Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to influence across all levels.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead, collaborate, and drive team success.
- Organization: Strong project management, planning, and multitasking abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Creative, hands-on, and proactive approach.
Requirements:
- Manage and continuously enhance the full life cycle recruiting process, from requisitions and sourcing to onboarding and integration, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business goals, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives, and annual hiring objectives.
- Lead employer branding efforts across multiple channels (social media, career fairs, industry events) and maintain the bank's online presence to attract top talent.
- Oversee recruiting budgets, negotiate with third-party vendors, manage external recruitment partnerships, and optimize investment in recruitment programs and tools.
- Mentor and develop a high-performing recruiting team, providing coaching on sourcing, interviewing, and stakeholder communication while tracking key talent acquisition metrics to guide strategic decisions.
- Stay current on recruitment technology trends, manage the employee onboarding process, and continuously improve recruitment practices in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
