ERP & IT Systems Administrator

Pay: Up to $130,000 - $140,000 yearly salary
Position Overview
We are seeking a versatile IT & Systems Administrator with NetSuite experience and a strong background in email and server management. This role is ideal for someone who has worked in an accounting department of a smaller company and thrives in a catch-all position, handling multiple IT and administrative responsibilities.
You will be the go-to person for IT support, NetSuite administration, and business systems management, ensuring smooth daily operations and supporting the team with training, troubleshooting, and process improvements.
Key Responsibilities
- NetSuite Administration: Manage, maintain, and optimize NetSuite for business operations, including inventory management and POS system evaluation for the race gear division.
- IT Support & Training: Assist employees with IT issues, system troubleshooting, and training on transactions and system processes.
- Email & Server Management: Oversee company email accounts (currently managed by marketing) and handle server-related tasks (likely SQL Server).
- Business Systems Integration: Support integrations for Shopify, WMS, Paystack payment processor, and Avalara.
- Accounting & Financial Systems: Work with QuickBooks and WMO, supporting finance-related tasks within NetSuite.
- General Administration: Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 and Google Suite (for specific purposes), ensuring smooth day-to-day business operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance department within a small to mid-sized company.
- Strong expertise in NetSuite and experience handling QuickBooks and WMO.
- Knowledge of POS systems, inventory management, and potential system upgrades.
- Experience with server management (SQL preferred) and IT support.
- Familiarity with Shopify integrations, WMS, Paystack, and Avalara is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365; some exposure to Google Suite.
- Ability to work independently, troubleshoot IT issues, and provide cross-functional support.
