Job Description:
The Project Manager will oversee planning and execution for a high-profile global event series. The role involves coordinating multiple international events, managing stakeholders, and ensuring smooth project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan for the event series.
- Coordinate legal agreements with host institutions and internal stakeholders.
- Manage event timelines, vendor coordination, and registration tracking.
- Process travel and expense reimbursements for external speakers.
- Provide regular updates to executive leadership and internal teams.
- Conduct post-event evaluations to analyze performance against KPIs.
- Experience: 5-7 years in project management and events, preferably global events.
- Open to candidates with 2 years in project management 5 years in event execution.
- Experience working with universities and senior executives is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Asana (project management), CVENT (event management), and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel & PowerPoint).
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
