Position Overview:
As the Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the right-hand person in ensuring the CEO’s day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently. This is a high-visibility, high-impact role, requiring someone with exceptional organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and the discretion to handle sensitive matters with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct administrative support to the CEO, including managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
- Act as the primary point of contact between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
- Prepare and edit communications on behalf of the CEO, including emails, reports, and presentations
- Organize and prioritize the CEO’s daily tasks and responsibilities, ensuring all deadlines are met
- Assist in planning and coordinating company events, board meetings, and high-profile engagements
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion
- Anticipate the CEO’s needs, managing time effectively and proactively addressing potential issues before they arise
- Support various cross-functional teams with ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives, ideally in finance, investment, or a fast-paced corporate environment
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to managing tasks
- Ability to work autonomously while maintaining a collaborative team-oriented attitude
