The Operations Manager is responsible for leading, managing, and driving profitable growth within the St. Louis and greater Midwest market. This role oversees daily operations, ensures financial targets are met, enhances customer satisfaction, and develops a high-performing team to maintain operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of Service and Install departments, ensuring schedules, budgets, and customer commitments are met.
- Manage financial performance by reviewing budgets, controlling labor costs, and driving profitability through operational efficiency.
- Improve team performance through coaching, training, and performance reviews while fostering a strong safety culture.
- Enhance customer satisfaction by ensuring quality service, reducing warranty issues, and addressing feedback proactively.
- Lead hiring, training, and development initiatives, ensuring a skilled workforce to meet company objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, commensurate experience required.
- 10 years’ management experience of personnel, preferably in a service-oriented organization.
- Skills: Strong leadership, problem-solving, and building materials (windows, doors, roofing, and siding) knowledge. Experience in hiring, training, and conducting performance reviews.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and ability to travel occasionally for customer visits and senior management meetings.
Salary : $110,000 - $140,000
