Job Description :
The HR Generalist will be responsible for supporting and managing a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, and compliance. This role requires a proactive and adaptable individual who can handle a diverse range of HR tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews
- Manage new hire onboarding and orientation processes
- Support employee relations by addressing workplace concerns and providing guidance on HR policies
- Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave management
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases
- Support performance management processes, including evaluations and feedback
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws
- Assist with training and development initiatives
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department
