Job Description :
The HRIS Manager will oversee HR system configurations, payroll processing, reporting, and data security. This role requires a highly organized and experienced professional to act as the primary HRIS expert for the company.
Key Responsibilities :
- Oversee daily HRIS operations, troubleshooting system issues, and prioritizing resolution.
- Lead and support payroll processing for over 2,000 employees across multiple states, including certified payroll.
- Act as the primary HRIS expert, managing configurations, reporting, and system updates.
- Partner with HR, Finance, IT, and Payroll teams to optimize system functionality and integration.
- Maintain security roles and system permissions in alignment with IT policies.
- Develop and implement HRIS best practices and user training.
- Lead HRIS-related projects, including system upgrades, data audits, and acquisitions.
- Provide key insights through reporting and analytics to drive business decisions.
- Manage a small team of direct reports.
