Job Description :

We are seeking detail-oriented and motivated Insurance Follow-Up Representatives to manage claims for urgent care services. This role involves working with insurance companies to resolve denied claims, ensure proper reimbursement, and support revenue cycle processes.

Key Responsibilities :

• Investigate and resolve denied claims from urgent care services.
• Contact insurance companies via portals or phone to secure payment.
• Work from a claims queue, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.
• Collaborate with a small, supportive team to meet departmental goals.
• Utilize software such as Cerner, DocuTap, and Waystar / Zirmed for claim management.
