Position Overview

We are seeking an Internal Audit Manager to oversee financial, operational, and compliance audits. This role is responsible for leading audit cycles, assessing risks, and developing audit strategies to enhance internal controls and financial reporting. The ideal candidate has experience with internal controls, systems, and risk assessment, along with strong communication skills to collaborate across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute financial, operational, and system audits across business functions.
• Identify risks, assess internal controls, and recommend process improvements.
• Develop and communicate audit findings and best practices to key stakeholders.
• Partner with management to strengthen financial reporting and operational efficiency.
• Utilize data analytics to assess large datasets for risk assessment and monitoring.
• Ensure audits comply with professional standards and company policies.
• Act as a liaison with external auditors to facilitate audits and regulatory compliance.
• Provide guidance on internal controls, corporate governance, and risk management.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Required).
• Experience:
• 4 years of financial and operational auditing experience.
• Prior experience in a large company (over $1B in revenue) or public accounting firm (Big 4/Mid-Tier) preferred.
• Certifications: CPA or CIA preferred.
• Technical Skills:
• Strong knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and risk management.
• Proficiency in Excel, data analytics, and audit software.
• Soft Skills:
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple projects.
• Experience presenting audit findings to leadership.
