Job Description

Role : Inventory Specialist

Location : Conshohocken, PA

Job Type : Full-Time, Eligible for OT, Fully On-site

Pay Rate : $20-22 / hour

An Addison Group client is looking for 4x Inventory Specialists to join their team!

Responsibilities :

Oversee the daily flow of work for shipping and inventory to meet customer demands.
Manage and coordinate daily product shipments, ensuring they are accurate and delivered on time.
Handle inventory-related tasks, including inspecting incoming products, processing returns, and preparing outgoing shipments.
Organize shelves and stock products and supplies to maintain efficient inventory storage.
Inspect incoming inventory to ensure it meets quality standards.
Monitor inventory levels to prevent stockouts and ensure timely, accurate deliveries.
Collaborate with production teams to identify product needs and ensure availability.
Keep precise inventory records and perform regular audits to confirm stock levels.
Work with different departments to ensure smooth product distribution.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards for product storage, handling, and tracking.
Stay informed about FDA 21 CFR 1271, FDA 21 CFR 820, AATB standards, ISO standards, cGMP / CGTP, and other relevant regulations and company policies.
Be flexible to work outside normal business hours, including evenings or weekends, with prior notice, to support business needs.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
Start work on time, remain on the job throughout the shift, and attend all scheduled meetings and appointments.

Qualifications / Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university is preferred.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in shipping, inventory management, or a related field required.

An Associate’s degree (or 60 credit hours) may be used to substitute up to 2 years of experience.

A Bachelor’s degree may be used to substitute up to 4 years of experience.

Successful completion of a background check is required.
