Job Description:
Our client is seeking a Litigation Paralegal with experience in Personal Injury to support a senior attorney handling complex cases. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and summarize medical records and bills.
- Manage case files, track deadlines, and coordinate scheduling.
- Draft correspondence, demand letters, and legal documents.
- Open insurance claims and communicate with adjusters.
- Conduct legal research and gather evidence for investigations.
- Provide administrative and litigation support as needed.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, specifically in Personal Injury.
- Strong knowledge of legal terminology and basic litigation procedures.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus but not required.
