Maintenance Engineer (Mid or Night Shift)
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a dynamic team. This role is ideal for candidates with hands-on experience in maintaining conveyor systems and PLC equipment in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. As part of a growing team, you'll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations and minimizing downtime across key equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain and troubleshoot conveyor belt systems and associated mechanical components (e.g., photo eyes, rollers, bearings, motors).
- Repair and replace critical conveyor system parts, including bearings, rollers, belts, and gearboxes.
- Supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing training and leadership.
- Review schematics and troubleshoot electronic controls, panel indicators, and sensors.
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors to address issues and ensure the stability of the systems.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs and manage inventory of spare parts.
- Ensure safety and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Provide timely responses to internal inquiries and resolve operational concerns.
