This position will provide direction to their direct reports on how to best assist the business in completion of requests and projects. POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage team members to achieve high level standards and outcomes while supporting the businesses needs
- Utilize CRM to uphold and enhance organizational performance.
- Facilitate communication from team members with stakeholders to fully understand scope of projects and requests
- Manage the day-to-day deliverables of direct reports with a focus on transparency of delivery to stakeholders
- Deliver enhancements by supporting team members efforts to effectively and efficiently implement these deliverables
- Research and utilize technology best practices to enhance overall organizational use of core CRM
- Review, scope, approve, and validate CRM project requests in collaboration with the Business Systems project team
- Manage staff to successful outcomes by being their first stop for communication when issues or problems arise inhibiting their ability to perform at the highest levels
- Assist with the continuity plans for the CRM
- Other duties as assigned
- Must be able to learn and collaborate with key organization technologies
- Must be able to teach and train on the CRM
- Must be able to work collaboratively with ERP, CRM, eCommerce, Analytics, and website software stakeholders
- Must be able to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Must be able to manage multiple projects/efforts at one time
- Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Must be able to start a task with minimal guidance and overcome challenges as encountered
- Must have a high attention to detail
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have high level of understanding as it relates to escalation of issues to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or other relevant field
- 6-8 years of Salesforce delivery experience
- 2-4 years of people management
- Required software experience:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Salesforce
- Third-Party applications related to CRM enhancements
