This position will provide leadership and guidance to their direct reports on best practices for maintaining data integrity, continuity, and accessibility within the CRM. The Manager, will be responsible for driving ongoing enhancements and resolving data-related issues in Salesforce and Data Cloud with a strong focus on data governance and reliability.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage team members to achieve high standards of data quality and consistency while supporting business needs.
- Leverage Salesforce and Data Cloud instance to uphold and enhance organizational data management, reporting accuracy, and performance.
- Facilitate clear communication between team members and stakeholders to fully understand the scope and data impact of projects and requests.
- Oversee day-to-day data deliverables of direct reports with a focus on transparency, data continuity, and reliability for stakeholders.
- Support the delivery of system enhancements by guiding team efforts to effectively and efficiently implement data-driven solutions.
- Research and apply data management best practices to optimize the overall use and reporting capabilities of the Salesforce CRM.
- Review, scope, approve, and validate CRM data-related project requests in collaboration with the Business Systems project team.
- Mentor and support staff in achieving successful outcomes, serving as their first point of contact when data or system issues arise.
- Develop and maintain data continuity plans for Salesforce and Data Cloud environment, ensuring consistent access and integrity of business-critical data.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must have experience as a Salesforce Admin building flow structures. Must be able to learn and collaborate with key organization technologies
- Must be able to teach and train other staff on Salesforce and Data Cloud CRM
- Must be able to work collaboratively with ERP, Salesforce, eCommerce, Analytics, and website software stakeholders
- Must be able to work with internal and external stakeholders
- Must be able to manage multiple projects/efforts at one time
- Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Must be able to start a task with minimal guidance and overcome challenges as encountered
- Must have a high attention to detail
- Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must have high level of understanding as it relates to escalation of issues to leadership
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology or other relevant field
- 6-8 years of related experience
- 2-4 years of people management
- Required software experience:
- Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Salesforce CRM Experience
- Data Cloud Experience
- Third-Party applications related to CRM enhancements
