Position Title: Marketing Insights Specialist
Work Location: Hybrid – 2 days onsite, 3 days remote
Compensation: $60K-$70K
Role Overview
The Marketing Insights Specialist will play a key role in supporting the marketing department by leveraging data to drive business decisions. This individual will be responsible for creating custom Power BI dashboards and providing analytical insights that enhance marketing effectiveness. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and experience working with data visualization tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage Power BI dashboards to provide real-time marketing analytics and insights.
- Analyze and interpret data to identify key trends, audience segments, and performance metrics.
- Generate reports on ROI, key performance indicators (KPIs), and campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with marketing and data teams to optimize campaign strategies and targeting.
- Conduct market research to understand competitive positioning, consumer behavior, and emerging trends.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership to guide strategic decisions.
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Asana to enhance data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Assist with quantitative and qualitative research to inform marketing strategies.
- Collaborate with third-party agencies and cross-functional teams to implement data-driven marketing solutions.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency in reporting across various marketing channels.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3-5 years in marketing analytics or a related field.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Power BI, including building custom dashboards.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to extract actionable insights from data.
- Experience with marketing automation, segmentation tools, and reporting.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
- Knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases is a plus.
