Preferred Experience & Education
Experience : 5 years of employment in architectural firms
Education : Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program (preferred)
Candidate Requirements & Responsibilities
Proficient in Autodesk Revit
Develop architectural and construction drawings for all design phases under the supervision of a Project Manager / Architect using Autodesk Revit
Strong knowledge of building materials, assemblies, weatherproofing, detailing, building codes, site planning, and civil, structural, mechanical, and acoustical engineering
Create high-quality renderings and project visualizations
Collaborate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members to problem-solve and ensure project success
