- Claims Denial Management:
- Research and resolve medical claim denials.
- Evaluate and rebill claims as necessary to secure accurate payments.
- A/R Management:
- Maintain aged A/R below 120 days.
- Collaboration & Communication:
- Communicate with Business Office and clinical staff regarding claim coverage and denials.
- Actively participate in staff meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
- Administrative Support:
- Ensure compliance with agency policies and maintain accurate claim records.
- Experience:
- 1 year of experience in medical claim denials.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting Explanation of Benefits (EOBs).
- Technical Skills:
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Soft Skills:
- Dependable and adaptable to change in a growing organization.
- Team-oriented with strong communication skills.
