Location : Washington, DC (Hybrid – 4 days in office, 1 remote)

Pay : $70,000-$75,000 base salary uncapped commission (target bonus of $24,000, with potential to exceed)

Addison Group is partnering with a leading national advocacy organization dedicated to supporting the manufacturing industry. Our client is looking for a Membership Account Executive to engage with senior executives at small to mid-sized manufacturing companies, driving membership growth through a consultative sales approach.
Job Description :
The Membership Account Executive will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new members, managing the full sales cycle, and leveraging industry insights to demonstrate the value of membership. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong sales background and the ability to navigate multi-decision-maker deals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Engage senior-level executives to promote and sell membership benefits.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals and onboarding new members.
- Develop a deep understanding of industry challenges, policy issues, and advocacy efforts to tailor sales pitches.
- Use a consultative sales approach to educate prospective members on how the organization can support their business needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align membership offerings with industry trends and member needs.
- Maintain and track pipeline progress using Salesforce, ensuring key metrics are met or exceeded.
- Strategically manage and prioritize outreach to target prospects, leveraging networking opportunities.
- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build relationships and drive membership growth.
