Our client is a dynamic organization seeking a dedicated and organized Office Manager to provide essential administrative support. This individual will play a key role in ensuring smooth communication between various teams and maintaining efficient office operations.

Job Description:

As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for facilitating collaboration across internal and external teams, while also managing various administrative tasks. You will act as the point person for office operations, ensuring all responsibilities are tracked, and that projects and tasks are completed on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to make a significant impact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary contact for coordinating communication across internal and external teams.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support, including handling mail, calendar management, claims processing, setting up purchase orders, contract management, travel arrangements, and reimbursement claims.
  • Ensure the timely progression of tasks, keeping stakeholders informed of project statuses and deadlines.
  • Create and manage progress reports, proposals, and other necessary documentation.
  • Develop presentations, agendas, and various materials required for team meetings and projects.
  • Organize and maintain office documentation, ensuring effective filing and archiving practices.
  • Take on special projects as assigned, supporting the needs of the office and team.
Qualifications:
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently while also collaborating effectively with teams across departments.
