Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls (130-150 per day) to warm leads.
- Engage with potential customers, explain product benefits, and close sales.
- Process orders, including payment collection and data entry into the eCommerce system.
- Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.
- Handle inbound call overflow when needed.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Follow compliance guidelines and adhere to company policies.
- Contribute to team success by sharing insights and best practices.
