Key Responsibilities
✔ Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
✔ Experience: Minimum of one year of customer service experience (restaurant experience does not qualify)
✔ Skills: Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and ability to multitask
✔ Healthcare Experience Preferred, But Not Required
✔ Bilingual candidates are a plus
✔ Good job tenure is required (preference for candidates with longer-term roles)

- Accurately enter patient information into EPIC software
- Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary documentation
- Collect co-pays and guide patients through financial assistance options if needed
- Communicate with referring and receiving providers to ensure a smooth patient experience
- Maintain compliance with Medicare, Medical Necessity, and other healthcare regulations
- Handle incoming calls and return voicemails in a timely manner
- Provide administrative support to billing and financial teams as needed
