Job Title : Patient Collector
Pay Range : $18-$22
Industry : Healthcare
Location : Atlanta, GA. Buckhead area
Requirements :
Minimum of one year previous experience with reading and interpreting EOB's to patients
Prefer ECW experience
Responsibilities :
Answering phone calls from the patients and reaching out to patients about their bills and balances
Explaining a patient's EOB to them and determining if it is correct or if it needs to be corrected
Working with patients to figure out payment plans and options to 0 out their balances
