Compensation: $70,000-$75,000 a year depending on relevant experience

Job Responsibilities:
- Process bi-weekly or semi-monthly payroll for all employees in compliance with company policies and federal/state regulations
- Calculate, review, and process employee commissions based on structured plans, sales reports, and performance metrics
- Audit commission inputs and ensure accurate payments in alignment with compensation plans
- Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams to validate sales data and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain and update employee records in the payroll system, including new hires, terminations, deductions, and direct deposit details
- Prepare payroll reports and reconcile payroll accounts as needed
Requirements:
- 5 years' of experience working in Payroll
- ADP Experience
- Knowledge of taxes, gross-to-net, paycheck breakdowns
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP's)
