Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Payroll Associate to join our team. In this role, you will support the payroll process by ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee compensation. You’ll collaborate with HR and Finance to maintain payroll records, resolve discrepancies, and stay compliant with state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll for 200 employees.
- Ensure accurate data entry of hours worked, overtime, deductions, and benefits into the payroll system.
- Verify employee time records and resolve any discrepancies with supervisors or managers.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports, including tax filings and year-end statements such as W-2s and 1099s.
- Stay updated on federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
- Address employee questions or concerns regarding pay, deductions, and other payroll matters.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance to maintain accurate employee records, including tax information, direct deposit details, and benefits.
- Assist in audits related to payroll and ensure proper documentation is available.
Qualifications
Education and Experience:
- A high school diploma or equivalent (a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred) is required.
- years of experience in payroll or a related role.
- Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., ADP, Paylocity, or similar systems) is highly desirable.
Salary : $80,000 - $90,000
