Role Overview: The Pre-Construction Manager oversees early-stage project planning, ensuring thorough preparation for successful execution.
Leadership & Team Management: Guides and mentors pre-construction team members, fostering collaboration and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Estimating Services: Leads sales, budgeting, and bidding processes, produces accurate takeoffs, and analyzes subcontractor bids.
Pre-Construction Services: Manages budgeting, RFI processes, and contract compliance while developing project schedules and buy-out strategies.
Project Coordination: Defines project objectives, reviews scope and timelines, and prepares necessary documentation like contracts and change orders.
Stakeholder Management: Acts as a liaison between internal teams, clients, and design teams, ensuring clear communication and project alignment.
Financial & Contract Analysis: Evaluates financial aspects of contracts to protect company interests and maintain client relationships.
Problem-Solving & Innovation: Applies critical thinking and management techniques to address challenges and optimize project execution.
Qualifications: Requires a degree in engineering or equivalent experience, project management background, and a valid driver’s license.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, estimating software, construction codes, CAD, Bluebeam, and Foundation construction software preferred.
Salary : $140,000 - $175,000
