For our client, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Engineering Manager to lead our Project Engineering team! In this role, you will play a key part in our strategy to deliver exceptional customer experiences by guiding and supporting the execution of complex projects. You'll oversee a team that works on designing, quoting, and implementing performing arts, educational, and athletic solutions, ensuring that our projects meet customer requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Project Engineering team through pre- and post-sale phases of complex customer projects.
- Collaborate with various internal departments to ensure smooth project coordination and successful project execution.
- Manage the development of application concepts for standard, configured, and custom products.
- Provide training and guidance on product application, non-standard design, and manufacturing documentation.
- Ensure the team meets key metrics related to on-time delivery, cost, and quality.
- Oversee department budget, and contribute new product ideas to keep Wenger competitive in the marketplace.
- Review and approve project documentation including BOMs, drawings, and submittals.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering technology or related field.
- 10 years of experience in product design and/or project engineering.
- 3 years of leadership experience in managing engineering teams.
- Strong knowledge of CAD, SolidWorks, and PDM.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and decision-making abilities.
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
