Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a business plan aligned with company objectives to drive project success.
- Lead the estimating process to ensure accurate pricing and budget projections. Review each bid thoroughly to confirm pricing accuracy and set the final sell price.
- Review project proposals and plans to determine timelines, budget limitations, staffing needs, and resource allocation.
- Establish and oversee project work plans and staffing for each phase, ensuring personnel are effectively assigned.
- Participate in senior management discussions and decision-making processes.
- Attend labor meetings and build relationships with field supervisors, resolving conflicts between field teams, project managers, and general contractors as needed.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of each project and project manager to ensure efficiency and improvement.
- Ensure all legal and financial obligations to both customers and the company are met.
- Pursue new clients and sales opportunities to build a strong pipeline for future projects.
- Conduct performance reviews in accordance with company policies and procedures.
