Job Title : Project Manager

Location : Downtown Minneapolis with monthly travel

Salary : $65K - $75K

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our client to lead and oversee the successful execution of project installations. You will work closely with customers, internal teams, and third-party contractors, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer experiences, promoting Fluid Services, and managing project resources efficiently.

Responsibilities :

• Attend project kick-off meetings and develop project deliverables, milestones, and schedules.
• Conduct site visits and collaborate with teams to prepare work back schedules and labor estimates.
• Interface with contractors and building management to ensure proper wiring, cabling, and project requirements.
• Monitor and control project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Provide regular project updates and address issues or risks promptly.
• Track change orders and submit for invoicing.
• Schedule and lead pre-installation and final walk-through meetings with customers and the project team.
• Review project financials, identify areas for improvement, and drive continuous improvement in project processes.
