About Our Client :
Our client is a well-established company in the technical service and manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform general front desk receptionist duties
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Log calls and emails for the Technical Service Department
- Confirm services and installation completion with clients and staff
