About The Job:
The Receptionist is the first point of contact for clients and candidates, serving as the face and voice of Addison Group. This role is essential in managing calls, coordinating visitor flow, and supporting office operations. The ideal candidate excels in communication, maintains a professional demeanor, and efficiently handles time-sensitive requests to ensure team success.
Responsibilities:
- Meet and greet all office visitors in a professional and positive manner
- Answer and transfer inbound calls in a timely manner, ensuring short on-hold times
- Maintain all confidential information for candidates
- Type and word-process various documents and electronic information
- Coordinate interview rooms and testing computers to ensure short wait times
- Coordinate conference room calendars to ensure smooth scheduling between multiple groups.
- Coordinate any additional meetings within the office, as needed
- Regularly meet with Operations Support Manager for any new policies, updates, or changes to any internal process
- Maintain cleanliness of reception area, interview rooms and testing areas
- Manage all inbound and outbound mail & packages
Knowledge, Skills, and Education:
- Previous Administrative experience
- Professional oral and written communication skills
- Proficient in Word and Excel
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organized and detail-oriented
