Job Description:
The Human Resources Coordinator will be responsible for facilitating the administrative processes and services that support various functional areas within the organization.
This includes:
- Managing and overseeing records and generating reports
- Facilitating the timely hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions
- Maintaining employee records, including completion and accuracy of detail
- Conducting new hire orientation and onboarding processes
- Receiving and addressing employee questions regarding company policies and procedures
- Monitoring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Assisting with administration of employee records in Day Force
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- 2 years of experience in human resources or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
