Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary liaison between hiring managers, recruiters, and candidates.
- Coordinate interview scheduling by reaching out to leadership for availability.
- Conduct high-volume outreach via calls and emails to facilitate hiring needs.
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Provide recruitment support for hiring efforts in multiple locations, including Canada, NY, NJ, and Chicago.
- 1 year of experience in a coordination or administrative role, preferably in recruitment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience with Taleo or other applicant tracking systems is a plus.
- Ability to think critically, take initiative, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Start Date: ASAP (pending background check).
- Work Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour unpaid lunch).
- Contract Type: Contract with the potential for contract-to-hire.
