Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making
- Analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable insights
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to provide financial guidance and support
- Present financial information to senior leadership and other key stakeholders
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably at least 2 years in a Fortune 500 company
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CFA or MBA a plus)
- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with a data-driven approach to problem-solving
- Experience with financial systems and applications (PowerBI, Hyperion, MicroStrategy, Peoplesoft Financials, etc.)
- Proficiency in Excel (advanced modeling) and PowerPoint
