Job Description:
The Senior UKG HRIS Analyst will oversee system configuration, troubleshooting, and reporting while collaborating with internal teams to drive efficiency and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the UKG Workforce Management system, with a focus on time and attendance.
- Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and implement solutions aligned with business goals.
- Support UKG-related projects, including process improvements and module implementations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations within UKG.
- Develop and maintain system reports for data-driven decision-making.
- Provide end-user training and support to enhance system utilization.
- Conduct data audits, troubleshoot issues, and oversee system updates and patches.
- Partner with third-party vendors and stakeholders to optimize UKG functionality.
- Stay informed on emerging UKG Workforce Management trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience configuring and managing UKG HRIS systems, with expertise in time and attendance.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong proficiency in HR/Payroll systems and data management.
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical users.
- Experience leading system design sessions, facilitating meetings, and managing HRIS projects.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management abilities.
