Position Overview: The Senior Tax Analyst will play a key role with the corporate international tax compliance and reporting functions, working closely with the tax team to ensure that all international tax matters are properly handled. The ideal candidate will bring broad expertise and analysis with corporate tax issues, have a foundation in federal and state or international tax law, and possess the ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review international tax returns for corporations, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
- Assist heavily with international tax analysis and tax reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide tax guidance on business operations and transactions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Identify tax planning opportunities and participate in implementing tax-saving strategies.
- Manage and prioritize ad hoc tax-related projects, ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of corporate tax or public accounting experience, with a solid understanding of federal and state income tax or international.
- Big 4 or national tax firm experience required.
- Strong knowledge of tax compliance, tax provisions, and tax research.
- Strong proficiency and tax analysis with Excel and tax tools and software
- CPA certification or progress toward obtaining CPA designation is preferred.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Our client offers a salary range of $110,000 to $120,000 base per year (depending on experience). Discretionary bonus based on company and individual performance - annual.
