Key Responsibilities :
- Develops and implements software features with proficiency in one or more components.
- Leads tasks independently, ensuring quality and timely completion.
- Collaborates with senior engineers on technical designs.
- Conducts code reviews and provides guidance to team members.
- Suggests improvements to coding standards and development processes.
- Works effectively within a Scrum team, addressing productivity or stability issues.
