FUNCTIONS OF THE JOB:
- Provide technical leadership on assigned projects to ensure delivery of valuable solutions aligned with business needs, automation platform architecture, and overall SDLC.
- Understand business requirements, adhere to QA best practices, recommend technical direction, monitor testing efforts, resolve technical issues, make technical decisions, and support product deployment.
- Demonstrate expertise in developing, coordinating, and executing detailed QA and UAT test plans, data, and cases for user acceptance testing based on agile methodology standards.
- Develop and maintain automation testing processes.
- Define and uphold testing standards and methodologies.
- Maintain the TST/QA environment in collaboration with infrastructure resources.
- Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle: define, develop, and deploy.
- Prepare training materials, conduct user training, and maintain system documentation.
- Provide regular verbal and written status reports to management.
- Manage multiple, concurrent projects of varying sizes and complexities.
- Participate in technical logic and design discussions.
- Create, maintain, and present technical documentation for various audiences.
- Oversee application bug tracking system and resolution processes.
- Ensure completeness of all required documentation.
- Review applications for adherence to business requirements.
- Perform other related job duties as needed.

POSITION QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, Math, or equivalent industry experience.
Experience:
- 7 years of experience analyzing, documenting, and testing application requirements based on complex business, technical, and operational needs.
- Experience with automated testing using UFT or similar tools.
- Hands-on experience with agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with change control processes.
- Scrum experience preferred.
- Proficiency in MS Visio or similar software.
- Strong understanding of flowcharting, unit testing, entity relationships, schema analysis, definition & documentation, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with design and development best practices.
- Familiarity with user operating systems and web browsers.
Skills & Abilities:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical problem-solving skills.

- Expertise in unit testing, documentation, and troubleshooting.
