Due to continued growth, they are seeking dedicated Superintendents to oversee field operations and ensure successful project execution.

Job Description :

The Superintendent will be responsible for managing on-site field operations, including scheduling, budgeting, and supervising labor. This role involves leading teams, resolving challenges, and maintaining strong communication with all project stakeholders while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities :

Project Oversight :

• Plan and manage project schedules, setting short-term goals and adjusting plans as needed.
• Coordinate labor, subcontractors, and budgets to keep projects on track.
• Monitor job progress, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Address site issues, ensuring smooth workflow and problem resolution.
• Oversee documentation, including progress reports, cost evaluations, and safety logs.
• Track and adjust costs weekly to maintain profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
