Job Description:
The Supply Planner will oversee inventory planning, replenishment strategies, and production alignment to support customer demands. This position requires strong analytical skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to collaborate across departments to optimize supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze demand patterns and replenishment lead times to set inventory targets and planning parameters.
- Create and communicate replenishment schedules to manufacturing teams.
- Work closely with the Master Planner to align production plans with operational capacity.
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including planning pre-builds during capacity limitations.
- Review exception reports, adjust as needed, and execute order-related actions.
- Provide regular replenishment forecasts to internal and external supply chain partners.
- Address material or capacity constraints by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.
- Manage work orders for various products, including subassemblies and displays.
- Expedite purchase orders and ensure accuracy in order management.
- Support sourcing analyses and contribute to departmental reporting and improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-5 years in supply chain operations, including order management, distribution, and warehouse collaboration.
- Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and advanced Excel is required; experience with Power BI, SharePoint, and Syspro is a plus.
- Preferred Background: Experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods (CPG) is highly desirable.
