As a Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for managing our Cloud infrastructure, monitor systems and hardware, and ensure our technical systems are updated, patched, and secure. You will partner the Security, Network, Technical, and Automation engineering teams to design and implement solutions in a timely manner. The IT department is a growing and service oriented organization providing solutions that have a direct impact on the environment. Responsibilities

- Implement and support IT systems to effectively meet department goals and objectives
- Implement processes to monitor and support all of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage systems, and related technologies
- Enhance monitoring, performance, and capacity of system performance
- Implement policies and scripts to support company owned devices and SaaS services such as Azure, AWS, Teams, and Slack
- Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications, processes, and training material to internal employees
- Partner Security, Networking, and Systems to create robust solutions to meet business needs
- Implement and manage Active Directory, group policy, and network policy servers
- Build and maintain scripts in Python, Bash, Powershell, and other scripting languages
- Update and maintain 100 vms in a hybrid environment
Qualifications
- 3 Years of relevant job experience in IT System Administration
- Microsoft Certified: Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date
- CompTIA Security or the ability to obtain within 6 months of hire date
- Experience with VMware
- Exposure to Microsoft M365 ecosystem
- Excellent knowledge of current IT infrastructure and best practices
- Exposure with AWS cloud technology including networking, routing, and DNS management
- Exposure to virtualization in both *nix and Window based environments
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with all layers of the organization
- Ability to travel up to 20% of the time
- Experience with a scripting language like python, bash, and powershell
- Experience with email migration
