Job Title : IT Systems Cloud Engineer IV
Overview : We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Cloud Engineer IV to join our team. This senior technical role involves defining, designing, and leading technology solutions across the enterprise. You will create solutions that meet all cybersecurity, administrative, compliance, and operational requirements, while supporting business partners, technology requestors, third parties, and senior staff.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership : Design and implement IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS solutions that exceed on-premise service requirements. Lead contract development activities and develop executive-level reporting services.
- Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service and support for platform infrastructure issues. Mentor junior team members in process development and documentation.
- Solution Design : Create technology solutions that meet technical requirements for both on-premise and cloud-based platforms. Maintain an inventory of all technology platforms and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Automation : Develop and implement automated backup strategies and failover processes using Azure Backup and Azure Site Recovery.
- Complex Issue Resolution : Analyze complex issues and lead the team in mentorship and success. Network with key contacts outside your area of expertise.
- Subject Matter Expertise : Provide expertise in on-premise and cloud-based technology services. Mentor junior team members and support third-party vendor solution evaluation and implementation.
- Compliance : Design and implement services that comply with Sarbanes-Oxley, CyberSecurity, HIPAA, and regulations. Participate in audit activities and provide system compliance reports.
- Cloud Leadership : Lead the design, development, and delivery of cloud solutions. Mentor junior staff in cloud service design, sizing, estimating, and security.
