Key Responsibilities:
- Manage all internal employee travel bookings, including flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Utilize Concur for travel booking and expense management.
- Audit and process expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Communicate effectively with employees at all levels, including executives and administrative staff.
- Generate travel and expense reports using Concur and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Provide administrative support, including filing expenses and handling corporate credit card-related tasks.
- Experience booking corporate travel and managing expenses.
- Proficiency in Concur and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high volumes of travel requests.
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with multiple levels of an organization.
- Prior experience with corporate credit card programs is a plus.
- Start Date: ASAP
- Work Schedule: Standard business hours (8:30 AM – 5:00 PM), hybrid schedule (Tuesdays & Wednesdays on-site, remaining days remote).
