Job Description:

The Universal Banker will be responsible for handling various customer transactions and providing outstanding service to both individual and business clients. This role focuses on building and nurturing customer relationships, assisting with account management, and promoting the bank's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers while recommending personalized financial solutions.
• Support business development and client growth by meeting sales and referral goals.
• Accurately process customer transactions, including account openings, deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments.
• Assist with onboarding new customers and ensure ongoing satisfaction with banking services.
• Open new personal and business accounts, offering related products such as online banking, mobile banking, and debit cards.
• Cross-sell and refer additional products and services to meet customer needs.
• Provide top-tier customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Facilitate teller functions and accurately process transactions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations, security protocols, and financial products.
• Demonstrate core company values including commitment, teamwork, and authenticity.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience in a retail bank setting.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
