We're looking for a talented and experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be instrumental in shaping the user experience for our products, ensuring that design meets both user needs and business goals.
As a Senior UI/UX Designer with over 7 years of experience, you will be responsible for driving the design strategy and execution for our digital products. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and other key stakeholders to create intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered interfaces. Your expertise in both UI and UX design will be crucial in enhancing our products, ensuring that they are not only aesthetically pleasing but also function seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and user experience strategy for digital products from concept to final implementation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Developers, and Marketing, to define and deliver on product requirements.
- Conduct user research, including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and data analysis to identify user needs and pain points.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity mockups, and interaction flows that align with the brand and business objectives.
- Design responsive, accessible, and mobile-first interfaces across web and mobile platforms.
- Apply design best practices and keep up to date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Mentor junior designers, providing guidance on design processes, technical skills, and career development.
- Advocate for user-centric design within the organization, ensuring that user needs and experiences are prioritized throughout product development.
- Balance user needs with technical constraints and business goals, ensuring a seamless and efficient user experience.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects across web and mobile platforms.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.
- Strong understanding of design principles, interaction design, and usability best practices.
- Experience with user research techniques (e.g., interviews, usability testing, surveys) and translating insights into design solutions.
- Experience designing for responsive, accessible, and mobile-first platforms.
- Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus, but not required.
- Strong problem-solving skills with an ability to iterate and improve upon designs.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design decisions to non-design stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile development environments and collaborating with developers.
- A deep understanding of current design trends and a passion for innovation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in mentoring or leading design teams.
- Background in interaction design or human-centered design methodologies.
- Familiarity with design systems and component libraries.
- Familiarity with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.) to analyze user behavior.
Salary : $60 - $80
