Job Description:

The Workplace Services Coordinator will support office operations, property management, and office expansions. This role involves managing vendor relationships, ensuring facilities run smoothly, and assisting with moving into new office spaces. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a “no task too small” mentality.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate office expansions, including furnishings, vendor setup, and space planning.
• Partner with IT and other internal teams to ensure a seamless office build-out process.
• Oversee vendor relationships, contracts, and service agreements.
• Manage office supplies, shipping/receiving, and event setups.
• Collaborate with property management for building services and maintenance needs.
• Ensure workplace safety and adherence to established protocols.
• Support budgeting, documentation, and tracking of workplace services projects.
• Provide occasional after-hours support for meetings or urgent facilities needs.

Qualifications:

• 5 years of experience in facilities or commercial property management (residential experience will not be considered).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other administrative tools.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills with a proactive attitude.
• Experience with lease agreements, vendor coordination, and space planning is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
