Addison Healthcare Center, a member of the CommuniCare Family of Companies, is currently recruiting for an ICF DD Program Coordinator to join our team.
PURPOSE/BELIEF STATEMENT:
The ICF DD Program Coordinator will be responsible for following and offering vocational tasks for the residents that follow their ISP amongst other job duties as assigned.

Weekend shifts are as needed for the department.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS- High school graduate or G. E. D. equivalent
- Willingness to participate in a State of Ohio training / competency evaluation program.
- Prior experience in a MRDD environment
- Must possess knowledge of medical terminology and behavioral characteristics related to the MRDD population.
