Job Description AOM is looking for a Transportation Driver to join our team! Responsible for 3 communities transpor needs : Addison Heights, Concord Care Center & Ridgewood Manor. STNA Certification Required You would be working Full Time as a Transportation Driver for these 3 communities. The Transportation Driver provides resident’s transportation to and from appointments and / or activities in a safe and courteous manner at all times. The Transportation Driver must comply with the Facility’s personnel, safety and corporate policies and procedures. Tasks Done by a Transportation Driver : Secure passengers’ wheelchairs to restraining devices to stabilize during transport. Assist residents in wheelchairs. Assist disabled passengers into and out of vehicle. Time management, creating routes that will accommodate appointments and activities. Communicate with Administrator and Nursing Department about appontments and schedules.. Report all vehicle repairs and any unsafe or hazardous concerns immediately to the Administrator. Your schedule would be flexible and dependant upon appointments scheduled for the day. Other Duties and Requirements include : Valid Ohio Driver license Clean Driving Record STNA Certification required High School Diploma WAGE : Hourly Position
