Maintenance Manufacturing Support

Addison-HVAC, LLC. is seeking a full time Maintenance Manufacturing Support to join our Team!

Overall Responsibilities

Provides general production floor support and assists in special projects as needed.

Major Duties And Responsibilities

• Will work with the production, maintenance teams, and management to facilitate project workflow and support the timeliness and the accuracy of assigned projects.
• Ensures a safe and healthy workplace while implementing improvements
  
  

Required Education

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Associate degree or in the process of obtaining is preferred.
• Training/certifications are a plus.
• 2-4 years of related experience is required.
• Familiarity with Electrical -low/high voltage is required.
• Computer Programing or PLC knowledge preferred.
• Engineering concepts preferred.
  
  

Requirements/Skills

• Engineering and troubleshooting mind set required
• Good Computer Skills – Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Strong Communication Skills - Proficiency to speak, read write in English effectively to customers and employees.
• Solution-oriented and highly motivated with critical thinking skills with the ability to communicate professionally with internal and external contacts in person, via phone, and through email.
• Must have strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with keen attention to detail to effectively balance and prioritize workload.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds using safe techniques.
